This program introduces an all-new user experience built upon years of learning. My primary goal was to address the challenges we've faced in the past, both in terms of user experience and client implementations. Key updates included improving the onboarding experience, making rewards and progress indicators more prominent, removing features that were shown to be less compelling and implementing more visual consistenty across interactions.
This is a web-based platform which offers a Pharma-branded experience for patients taking medication for chronic diseases. We leverage education, gamification and behavioral economics to improve medication adherence. I've designed Drive as a template-driven package which enables efficient customization to support client-supplied branding and content.
One of my tenets at HealthPrize is visual cohesion between product and brand. In order to maintain that consistency company-wide, I've produced visual guidelines and asset libraries. Additionally, I've instituted processes for ensuring continual updates.
